Hi All,
If I had a deposit of 115k and my salary is £27k a year, how much could I borrow?
Is it better to go to a broker to borrow more or does a broker only deal with getting better rates rather than amount you can borrow?

well you have a good deposit but I think 4X income max so £108K mortgage if you have no other commitments IE loans,CC debts, student loans,KIDS!!0

you might be able to squeeze out 4.5 times, although whetehr you would want to is anther question.
