Hi
I am in the process of remortgaging and would like to keep my options open.
I have an AIP for a fixed mortgage (just need to return the completed forms with the booking fee to secure the rate)
however, i am now edging towards a tracker and would like to get an AIP with another lender.
Is this ok or will this negatively affect my credit score especially if i end up completing neither?
