    He should refund you the full amount technical it is they who is in breach of contract, a full refund is right thing to do

    What a cheek. It might well only be £1.00, but I would certainly make sure that they refund the full amount, as you didn't change your mind and cancel the order, it was down to them.

    Even if the OP did change their mind, you cannot charge any fees whatsoever under DSR. They need reporting to TS for breaking a statutory regulation.
