Would I have a case?

Basically in August I asked Foresters to cancel all payments on my pension and ISA, they asked me to write a letter and I got a reply saying that they would close my account and not take any more money. BUT from looking at my bank statement (I'm in serious financial trouble at the moment and dont know what to do) they have taken £420 from my account since then. Would I have a case for reclaiming this money?

Would I have a case for reclaiming this money?
Before jumping down the reclaiming route, why not just find out why they have taken the money and if they will refund it. If they then do not do so then go through the complaints process.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
