I'd be interested in the answer to this too, the till supervisor in my small local store (who gets called every time as the SAs never know what to do with the voucher) has started saying 'oh hello it's you again' which makes me nervous as she's not the friendliest person in the first place, and she isn't smiling when she says it :o I'd really like to avoid her if I can! Sadly my next nearest store is a 40 minute drive away so I can't afford trouble at my local one :(

What a nightmare! Could you try doing an early morning shop or a late evening shop? she can't possibily be there both times as she probably works and 8 hour shift. Problem with a morning shop is you can't spend your voucher the same day as getting it :(

Am I being thick? If we pay cash and dont use the cc (ie we're not traceable), whats to stop people creating new email accounts to go over the £100 per month limit?

I wonder if they know which voucher you used? If so they could follow the chain of vouchers back to you?
That said, if you actually spent your £20 at some point and restarted there would be no trail.
Well, except that I see the same guy there every time who says hi to me etc :/

  • Ref the cordianu rose cava - been mentioned as a possible good DTD - looking at the A and T websites, i don't think its the same one - one is the ordinary and the other is the vintage, look at the bottle and labels, and also description is different - the vintage is said to be made with 3 grape types not 2. On the other hand, they may compare them and judge them to be the same - like I said, take care. hth.

Sorry to keep asking but I know how easily posts get 'lost' on here and I'm itching to spend my voucher!
Does any one know what time tesco's staff finish/start their shifts?
I want to do another shop to spend my 2nd voucher but don't want to risk being recognised! I went at about 5.30 today.

both my Dd's worked there while at school/uni and they i don't think they have regular shift patterns but if you want to be served by a spotty youth during the week wait till your local school is finished for the day and give them half an hour to get in to work!
  • Can ne1 give me the link to ss again plz my lovelys :)
