A few posts I've read recently people feel a bit guilty taking advantage of this promotion. Well don't ever feel red faced about using your vouchers-- just think

On one product I know about Tesco buy it for the equivilent of 78p and sell for £9.99. Have they got red faces?

As for taking advantage of things... Are Tesco taking advantage of the situation by basing their Cd/dvd mail order business in Jersey where they don't have to charge vat. This deprives you and I of millions in lost tax which could be spent on libraries, nhs, trident missiles etc (ok forget the latter). Well they don't think so, as it lines their pockets....

and neither should you. Many thanks for the spreadsheet. Long may Tesco keep this promotion, because clearly they are so much cheaper!(when Dtd factored in!)

I've been waiting on 2 vouchers today... tried inputting details again and just got them both (popped up to print) even though neither have turned up by email. These were both recycled, paid cash, no CC... both email addresses had vouchers arrive yesterday no problems but not today, even checked the spam folder. So anyone still waiting who hasn't tried inputting details again, it's worth a go!

This happened to me to, its the first time I've had to re-enter details to get voucher.
I've been mulling over all this talk of rules, ethics etc and have to be honest that I've come to the conclusion that bending the rules is fine.

Mr T is hardly the most ethical of opponents so why should we be?

    Couldn't agree more.

Quiz Time - Out of interest, what is the lowest initial spend that would generate a £20 voucher (or for those that have been doing it for a while when the cap wasn't in place, the lowest initial spend to generate the £100)? Clearly it has to be those items where the DTD results in them paying you take the items away (a - on the spreadsheet) but just interested to know. I am thinking Olay/Lamb plus either pancake or Crisps and about a £15 spend?

Today I brought olay night cream and 2 x lynx - cost £15.94 DTD should be £19.88 - although I think there are much cheaper options.

Today I decided to start off a 3rd DTD voucher, there are only 2 tescos at a practical distance but I thought I could go to the further one on my own then take oh to the local one with me therefore do 3 shops a day.

So, I splashed out real money at the further tesco with the plan to spend my 2 DTD vouchers at the local one, but then I rang oh and he refused to come! He doesn't want to do it :mad::mad: although he is quite happy to eat the free crisps (I've got about 14 packs of phil foggs crisps for him, I don't eat crisps). So I had to go to the local branch on my own and have a DTD voucher left..

Does any one know what time tesco's staff finish/start their shifts?
I want to do another shop to spend my voucher but don't want to risk being recognised! I went at about 5.30 today.

I would still use it :S Surely they only signed their initials by the cashback amount? You could explain this when you redeem your voucher. If they don't accept, just walk away.

I wont risk it I had a voucher turned down cos the time was wrong on it was it said 06.42 on the voucher and 16.42 on the till receipt and it should have said 04.42 on the voucher the staff made me feel like I was trying to pull a fast one they even called over the supervisor it really made me feel very uncomfortable
