It was a phone call, not an email unfortunately. It took me by surprise because I hadn't been expecting a phone call. I was offered £5 off my next online shop or a moneycard.

I'd pointed out the difference in the descriptions when I emailed them & perhaps that helped. Did you phone or email them?

I must have just been lucky because they were very helpful and completely baffled as to why it hadn't been included originally.
