My voucher I got this morning was from a Thursday shop.
I knew I was going to go over the £20 back, so I made my shop up with some clothes, which of course came back N/F. so it was a £42 shop, used voucher to cover the whole amount and got my £20 back. A girl can never have to many clothes :)

    hi guys

went to tesco today (obviously!! lol) bought two racks of lamb for dinner hen decided to throw in a few bottles of magners - well it would be rude not to lol!!!

anyways quick question......how is everyone cooking their lamb - ie never cooked racks myself before so im not sure what to do with them......some recipes say in the oven for 15mins!!! that seems very short!!

    any recommended recipes??

by the way i think im the only one dtd'ing at my tesco there are tonnes of everything on the shelves!!

My Tesco in Borehamwood was quite bare of some of the things mentioned here, so I think people are cottoning on.

Cannot comment on the lamb sorry.

My Tesco was also very stocked this am with all the usual goodies.

I was tempted to go in and do another shop for some 'special items' but as there was only about another 5 customers i was standing out a bit.

    regards

I say Tesco found it EASY to make promises it still cannot keep.

I did mine very very slowly last night in a honey, mustard and harissa marinade. It practically fell off the bones and was absolutely gorgeous. Gas 1 for about 4 hours wrapped in foil

Guys which lamb is this, I can see Tesco Finest rack at £12.50 (£25/kg) but 'mysupermarket' not showing anything comparable at ASDA. :)
