    Possible Deal? Unconfirmed

Mug Shots. 58p each at both T and A, but 5 for £2 at Asda.

T = £2.90, A=£2.00, Possible DTD=£1.80? so net cost of £1.10 for 5 Mug Shots. May try that one tomorrow

I CONFIRMED these last week!! (thanks for reminding me, i had forgotton about them)..

I'm about to start doing this, I looked into it a few weeks back when they first started and people seemed to suggest there was not much that was cheaper in Asda so it was a bit of a rubbish offer from Tesco's. Now I find out I've been missing out since then :(

Love the spreadsheet, my tip is to save a copy (see file menu) and then you can do things like sort by column. I would also like to suggest a % savings column to make spotting the best deals a bit easier (divide column E by column C. We can do this on our copies of course but it'd be better if the original did it).

I don't understand why people are talking about using cash/no clubcard/new email address? Can't see anything in the first post to explain it either

I've added a % value column, except its the net price / asda price.
Point being, if it wasn't cheaper with MrT you'd buy it in Asda not Tesco, so those are the two to compare.

Also, I found that I could sort it by clicking on the titles - before I was added to the editor list

OK I must admit it - I AM AN ADDICT TO DTD

Just been to mr T and after reading the posts about wombling - thought I'd have a look. So hubby pointed to a few (but he refused to pick them up off the floor) me - I'm not so fussy LOL

Then on the way out passed the rubbish bin so decided to pick a few out as i walked swiftly past - they were on the top and just been thrown in I must add. So I have totally post the plot!!! According to my son and hubby but I don't care!! It is all adding up

I must admit - I did look at the floor several times yesterday - how many receipts can you check per week or month?

I have found a certain Tesco I have been to in Manchester always takes about 4 days to get the results back , plus on 1 occassion all 4 of us..mum, dad, friend and me , our receipts couldnt be located.. so no price check.

What I am saying is see if there is a trend for your receipts and if so give that Tesco a miss

which particular tesco in manchester? pm the answer if you want.

Not sure about wombling as I have enough trouble staying within T&C's on number of receipts and maximum DTD saving

    Hi
Right i'm new to this, so can i explain it as i read it, and people let me know if i'm right.

I go to my tesco (not a express one)
i purchase (eg frosties, which are £1.97? in tesco, but are £1 at Asda)
I come home and i go to the tesco website, and i input my receipt details, i will then within 24 ish hours be sent a voucher for £1.94 which is double the difference,
I can then spend this voucher at tesco, i can do this quite a few times, up to the value of £20 which is a limit, then i just use a new e-mail address and start again.

Few questions when i receive my dtd voucher by e-mail, can i save them up and use them (for eg if i have £10 worth) all on one shop on one day.

    thanks for reading.

Ok so far. T&C's have a maximum of £100 per household.

Only 1 voucher can be used per transaction.

Only 1 voucher per household per day.

Make sure you check your spam folder for the email sometimes they lurk there.

    regards

    Most of that's right.
    Read the T&C's at https://www.tescopricecheck.com/pricecheck/pages/tsandcs.aspx
Key ones to look out for are no more than one voucher per shop; max £20 per voucher; max £100 per month; and 10 vouchers per month
