I'm stamping feet too - it's a lot easier for us to get to tesco at the weekend so them not sending the vouchers out twice is a bit of a PITA!

Mine were new emails/no clubcard too so nothing there which should cause problems.

Would you mind me asking what Mr T you went to? It was the Gala one that I used.

Remember to read the first few pages and post 1 of this thread.

Your WHOLE shop will be compared!

so even if 1 item is DTD cheaper but the rest of your shopping is slightly cheaper at Mr T you will get no DTD.

Already Answered ....but yes you can shop online. although be careful of substitutions messing up your calculations

I say Tesco found it EASY to make promises it still cannot keep.

I'm still in the 'receipt from Friday still processing club' this is the first problem with a receipt processing I have had. Do they usually come through in the end or not?

Yes, for over a week now - so don't let your DTD go much over the £20 or you'll end up spending out and not getting it back.

This has been capped at £20 per voucher for some time now. Monthly cap is still £100.00 per household

    do smaller shops :)

This happened to me for 2 receipts last weekend. I think they finally came back on the Monday, but could have been Tuesday, but they did arrive eventually.
