    I know someone said the Ruby liquitabs weren't working but has anyone had success with these?

    hi just got in and tried to input my reciept details but it keeps going to internet connection problem

    is it me or anyone else having problems

    can log onto forum and google etc ok

    its ok worked now

  • Just tell SA calmly that you checked with CS on phone before you shopped and they confirmed that's ok. Ask SA to call HO. I had the same problem with my vouchers ( number 1 was missing where should have been 4 digits) but they accepted them with no problem.


    oooohhhh thanks for that :D My vouchers are both missing a 1 as well and I wasn't sure if this would be a problem -haven't used a voucher yet :o Only cottoned onto this a few days ago a huuuuuuge thanks to everybody on here for their words of wisdom.....better get going while the going's still good :rotfl:
