Just looking at the 'rack of lamb' and wondered how the DTD works? (maths not my strong point) - say i brought a 500g packet in T's for £12.50, that would be compared to A's, priced at £6.49 so DTD would be £12.02 ? am i thinking along the right lines?
Also, anyone any idea how many people this would feed? whats the average size pack they sell? ie is 500g going to be a large packet?
    Sorry for all the questions!!

They 'say' 2-3 bits of the rack iygwim when its cut - per person.

we cooked two racks that were about £8 ish each for 5 of us - they were a huge hit with the kids and I am sure one more rack the same size would not have gone amiss. So how many you feeding??

Most packs seem to be around the £8/£9 mark in our store.

I've trawled and can't find the answer to this - if I have a £20 DTD voucher, can I go to Tesco and spend less than £20 with it? What happens to the change?
    Thanks :)

No, you must spend £20 or over. You will not receive any change and the SA will not be able to process your voucher if your shopping is less.

i don't think it makes any difference now they have the £20 cap on as to whether you buy 1 or 2 (1 pan is £5 at asda or 2 are £8 & they are £10 in tesco). the 1st time we bought 2 before the £20 cap we got £24 back & i bought 2 more on friday & got my £20 back so free roasting pans :j

  • Hi all,

my first venture into this, and I am not sure how the multi buys work - in Asda, Sheba is 5 trays for £2, and in Tesco it's 7 for £3. Is there a way I can make a DTD claim on this, and if so, how many would I need to buy? Or because it's different amounts, is it just not possible to apply the claim?

    thanks in advance!
