Anyone had problems with the receipt number not matching? It's only one number, but on the receipt the second last group of numbers says '9074' but on my voucher it only says '074'
Similar thing to mine, except 2 sets of numbers are different!Thank you for your email.
I'm very sorry to hear that 2 of your vouchers have got a digit missing from the information we need to match the receipt. Although the majority of our stores will accept this with no issue, there are one or two that are being extra careful due to a small number of customers trying to abuse the system. However, they can contact a member of our Customer Service team on 0800 50 55 55 to confirm the validity of the voucher.
Thank you for getting in touch and giving me a chance to help.

I had this trouble so emailed cusotmers service, I got this reply, and took it with me just in case !!
Thanks for this, I'll do the same. It's only for a small amount because I haven't been brave enough to do too much but I'd hate to have the same treatment at the checkout that some people have had to put up with.
Thanks again0 -
Okay, I'm off out...to MORRISON'S!! I've got my two £20 vouchers but tbh...there's only the two of us, there's only so many Magnums we can eat, OH'll think I'm mad if I stockpile any more toiletries (especially as we have nappies piled up everywhere), so I think I'm going to hang on to them until we do a normal shop together, maybe next week as he's working lates this week and not eating dinner with me.
So anyway, I'm still a DTDer, and I'm going to keep track of what's occurring, but at the moment the good deals just aren't on things I'd use, so I'm going to be unfaithful to Mr T and buy some good fresh groceries from the supermarket closest to me. :T0 -

2 x COCA COLA REGULAR 2 LTR BTL £ 3.56 £ 3.00
2 x CORNETTO ENIGMA RASPBERRY4 PACK 360ML £ 5.00 £ 2.00
1 x GILLETTE FUSION PROGLIDE MANUAL RAZOR £ 9.99 £ 5.00
2 x OLD BAG RE-USE CLUBCARD POINT £ 0.00 N/A
Tesco are claiming 2 bottles of coke are £3 in Asda!?
I think they are assuming I got 2 free bottles, even though there is no mention of them. Does this mean if Tesco have a BOGOF offer and you only buy one you still won't get DTD?0 -
