I usually use Sainsburys anyway, was just interesting that it was SOOO much more expensive for that particular shopping basket.

Admittedly I do find Sainsbury's very expensive although we do use them sometimes as they are the closest supermarket to us (given your location possibly the same shop!)

Out of interest, which Mr T's are you using?

Yes they should but my point is, i'm trying to get to the bottom of why my voucher won't appear.
Last night I used a my normal email that I have been putting my DTD on and also a different email for a cash shop. The normal email address receipt will not retrieve however my different email = no problems.

It doesn't really work like that though. If you had chosen your shopping on the sainsbury's section all the others would be dearer. This is because what you choose will be slightly dfferent in each section. If I did a tesco shop it would always show as cheaper. Likewise if I did a Sainsbury's or an ASDA. I guess it just depends on what you usually buy. I used to do monthly shops with Tesco and then swapped to Sainsbury's because it was the same price but better quality. I then dabbled a bit with ASDA. S was a good all rounder for me. A better for fresh and T better for frozen. I must say I'm not a fan of mysupermarket as I find the comparrison results deceiving. But each to their own I guess.

Why? I hadn't used mysupermarket much before the DTD promo, am actually getting to like it! But am interested to hear if I am being naive... blush.gif

Thanks,

You don't have to do anything, the stores should be aware of it.The vouchers don't recognise the 24 clock. If you shop at 19.00 it will show 7.00 on the voucher. I've never had an issue instore with it. Apparently Customer services do know about it.

Just received my voucher from yesterday's shop but the details on the bottom don't quite match the ones on the bottom of the receipt. One set of numbers has a zero in front of it and another set has a number missing. Will the store accept it or should I contact CS & tell them?

Thanks
Thank you for your email.

I'm very sorry to hear that 2 of your vouchers have got a digit missing from the information we need to match the receipt. Although the majority of our stores will accept this with no issue, there are one or two that are being extra careful due to a small number of customers trying to abuse the system. However, they can contact a member of our Customer Service team on 0800 50 55 55 to confirm the validity of the voucher.

Thank you for getting in touch and giving me a chance to help.

If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us at customer.service@tesco.co.uk quoting xxxxxx
