Ok so I didn't get much back yesterday from my none-list shop (must try harder) so tonight I went armed and discovered that I must be the only DTD'er in my area. Loads of betty crocker on the shelves (got 3) and picked up the olay aqua physics night as well as some liner so should hopefully get £20 voucher back. If not the cream is part of my mothers day gift anyway (hope she likes it).

Hmmm, is it just me or has the Rosemount and the Nobilo disappeared from the Tesco website since this afternoon?
  • What are the chances of receiving some vouchers tomorrow or Saturday?

I've seen a few people mention that they don't normally arrive on a Friday? How about Saturday?

I've got about £100 worth outstanding that I'm hoping to receive in the next couple of days, plus potentially a few more that I will submit tomorrow...

Hoping to have them in time for Saturday afternoon so I can take my Mum out shopping and stock her cupboards up for her... (a shop each in 2 stores will use up £80 worth :) )

I'm currently playing 13 tables of poker on my PC (typing on laptop) - I'll combine them both this evening offline. Then tomorrow we can work on putting permissions up. If you want permissions then PM me your googldocs email.

EDIT - I'm still working on how to make certain bits work. Has the drop down select worked for anyone?

Evening all, I've just been catching up as I havEn't been following the past 1 1/2 days. Thanks so much for the spreadsheets they're amazing to have, and to all other deal posters.
We just had a fun trip to Mr T. It started with a return (no DTD claimed by the way). SA just scanned it and gave me cash instead of a gift card, so that was an interesting start. At the tills we were sent back to CS (the same one who had given me the refund wrong so I knew they weren't going to know how to do it). When putting the first voucher through CS and supervisor were discussing how to do it. When they scanned the voucher CS asked what to do about the £1 left over and whether she should give me the money. The superviser didn't have a clue and walked off, so I told her that I had to pay it. Then the second voucher the same thing happend. CS scanned voucher and then got worried. She started going on about how it had made her till £11 down. So I again said that I had to pay her. In the confusion I took the vouchers off the 3 Betty Crocker mixes and asked for them to be taken off as well. The queue behind me wasn't happy as then me and CS spend an age working out where the barcode was for the voucher, until I turned it over to see the 'peel here' bit. The staff were fine though, much more concerned of what they needed to do. Oh the fun and games (stress and insults) of DTD.

(jtz ) If it's any consolation I visited the B*****n store after reading about your bad experience fully armed with my rather large DD voucher and ready to pounce should anyone even look at me the wrong way.

I had no problem using it and I have since revisited cough, cough, several times with both large and smaller vouchers and every member of staff has known how to process them and with a smile too.

I think your letter to the CEO MUST have earned the store Manager a big ear bashing from HO who in turn has re-trained his/her staff members in how to treat customers, of course they won't admit to this but rest assured something Must have been said.

Please don't let this put you off DDing go and have some fun and get your freebies whilst you can.

Thanks Voucher Queen:beer:, hope it has changed for all those visiting that store.
I'm definitely not put off DTDing but rather the opposite, I'm ready and raring to go! Part of me itches to revisit that same store and take them for what they're worth:p but part of me says I should stick to stores I know will probably take it without hassle. Luckily, I have a metro near me so can hopefully go more often rather than the bigger stores.;)
