Got a bit carried away and ended up with £24.xx voucher capped at £20 must stick to lists in future!

The crisps and a particulary good buy 85p profit! lol

Also I got a bit mixed up with cheese. I don't know what I was thinking, but it doesn't work out a good buy if you only buy 1.

Nice shop but the mclellands cheese is a better deal as its 3 in tesco and just 2 pounds in asda. so each 400g block owes you just a pound. If you like that one of course.

Also you needed to buy 2 of the jamie oliver suasages not one.

Dont think this is in the right place but someone might be able to help. Ive just joined in the fun of dtd shopping and dragged my mam and sister into it too. how does tesco know how many vouchers you have received. my sister pointed out she has 5 (excessive i know, including work) email accounts. Can she send from any or just the one registered to her tesco clubcard? Many thanks

You can use any email address, in fast some of us are purposely NOT using our clubcards at all.

How much meat do you actually get on the lamb? Not enough for 2 proper portions i take it?

I actually thought that. To be honest I picked it up, and actually put it back down again. I know it is free (ish) but for Tesco's finest, I'd hate to see their worst. Might taste better than it looks.

it tastes fantastic, and soft as butter. best lamb ever had.

It's not massive but £8 should be enought for two with some veg and potatoes or something.

It's not meant to be a 16oz steak, its fine dining.

    Enjoy.
I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing! ;)

I did exactly the same the other day. It's probably the only 'famous' DTD item (along with the roasting pans) that I haven't bought.

Then again, if the vouchers weren't capped, I'd have filled my boots!
