Oh gosh I'm not too good with this either first time I've cooked lamb. My pack cost about £9 so was about 0.38KG. Hubby just had it plain with mint sauce but I put a little olive oil on it and seasoned with salt and black pepper. Made a bit of gravy with juices and hey presto. Enjoy!!!
