    The olay day cream that were working a couple of days ago are now coming back marked n/a.

    I will mark this down to experience and in future only buy things that I want! A costly buy buy will treat as a "treat" for me.

    could you tell us which olay day cream you bought please ?

    If you genuinely need to return an item then of course you can and Tescos terms and conditions make provisions for you to do so and you also have statutory rights covering the issue.

    However as has been suggested once or twice on here, buying the goods for the sole purpose of getting a voucher and then returning the goods is indeed fraud. Its not carp and newbies would be ill advised to listen to those who suggest otherwise.

    Try googling the fraud act and have a read.

    The Tesco Price Check Terms and Conditions

    Returns;

    Where an item on a receipt is returned, Tesco reserves the right to invalidate the whole receipt for the purposes of Price Check or where a Price Check voucher has already been obtained, invalidate the voucher.

    Where an item on a receipt is returned and a Price Check voucher has already been redeemed in relation to this receipt, any refund offered for the item may be offered net of the Price Check voucher's value.

    Where an item is purchased using a Price Check voucher and the item is subsequently returned, any refund will be offered by way of a Tesco money card only.

    Returns will not be accepted because a product is not matched on Price Check.

    The Returns Policy does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

    My very first post here :) although been a lurker for some time!

    Just wanted to say a big thankyou for introducing me to the wonderful world of Tesco pricecheck. I am putting together a small online order with some of the things that people have had successful DTD on, so fingers x for tomorrow.

    Yesterday just got few daily bits and got DTD on these (only small DTD but every penny counts and all)
