betty crocker pancake shaker is now down to 25p in asdabest win in 2011:eek: 4 nights in Las Vegas
2011 wins £8,752.000 -
I'm new to this game. Just done my first list and the price checker is full of N/A.
Example. Dr Pepper cans, Tesco had offer of 2 six-packs for £5. Asda sells individually for 30p, currently 5 for £1 special offer.
So why can't Tesco compare? Even if they compared individually that would be 2 x (5 for £1) + 2=£2.60. vs. £5 = £2.40 DTD= £4.800 -

Tesco
Hi All,
Thanks for your comments, and we're sorry some of you feel let down by PriceChecker.
We know that many of you felt that you purchased under the expectation of the original terms and we are happy to honour those. Anyone who made a purchase up to and including Thursday 24th March will still have a £100 cap applied, as per our original terms and conditions. This includes receipts not yet entered into the PriceCheck site.
Therefore only purchases made after Thursday 24th March will have a £20 cap applied.
The great news is that 4 out of 5 of you using the Price Checker are finding Tesco is the same price or cheaper than Asda.0 -
My DTD voucher for £20 (capped) came through this afternoon from my shop on Sunday afternoon.
The usual suspects were there: Comfort Strawberry (I love this), Herbal essences Dazzling shine shampoo, T Professional Roasting pan and Turner road Chardonnay plus:
Nescafe Gold blend 200g £5.99 T and £4.50 A
2x Domestos Zero Limescale 750ml Ocean fragrance £3.98 T and £2.00 A.
I deliberately went "over" the DTD limit as I did a big general shop, some of which actually turned out to be cheaper in Tesco and so reduced the available DTD balance.
I've just got back from my latest shop - bought £37.00 worth of items, paid just £12.00 - I used the £20 DTD voucher and the £5 Coop voucher. I just couldn't resist putting all the DTD items in the trolley! Will report my DTDs tomorrow hopefully if my new voucher comes through quickly enough. Hope it doesn't take 2 days this time!0 -
Dont worry people are a bit sanctimonious round here, and forget that they are breaking half the T&C's on their vouchers.
I know most of us are 'massaging' the T&C's to a greater or lesser degree - but what the OP was talking about is nothing to do with the T&C's . I don't think Tesco have ever said in any of their T & C versions that you must not re-print your voucher and use it again in the event that staff forget to cancell your original receipt. They probably wouldn't have bothered to mention it - because nobody in their right mind would even consider doing that! We are doing well enough without resorting to quite such underhand tactics.ELITE 5:2
