    TESCO, PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF

This isn't a pop at the nice checkout lady or her supervisor, who I have just spoken to, but to the management.

Firstly the poor lady didn't know what to do.

Secondly the Supervisor said that she thought they all had to go to Customer Service Desk. like 'last week'.

Thirdly CS said to take my receipt and not give it back.

I explained nicely to the lady at the counter and her supervisor, that in fact she should just sign it, and hand it back, in case I had anything faulty/damaged etc. The supervisor said she was under strict instructions, and I said to her that I didn't really need it anyway but she really should check it out, for future times.

In the meantime chatted away to the lady on the counter and the lady behind her, and told her how to enter the shopping online. I think in the end, they realised I knew more than most of the Supervisors etc...................well on DTD anyway.
Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies

I have, just double check before you go that the specific products are in stock on mysupermarket
They don't actually need to be in stock on mysupermarket. Just glad they're confirmed though, thanks!

Was going to say yes I'm ok, but actually no I'm not :( It is awful isnt it? Don't worry that you told people on here, I think everybody understands that when you have news like that you 'have' to tell somebody, and often you don't want to tell people in real life straight away. I went through the same thing in 2006 aswell, then it took a year to conceive again with my DD. Hoping it wont take that long again this time! Theres not alot anybody can say/do to make you feel better, even knowing that other people have been through/are going through it doesnt really comfort. Hope youre ok hun, keep your chin up, just one of mother natures nasty unfair situations :(

Awwww, hugs to you too, I am thinking of you both. Wish I knew what to say xo

I've had a receipt from Tuesday processing for a few days before coming back not recognised. I sent CS an email and got this response.

    Dear biggad
    Thank you for your email.
I'm very sorry to learn you have not received your Price Check comparison email, I understand how frustrating this may be.

In order for me to investigate this matter further and provide a resolution, please can you scan a copy of your receipt and include this as an attachment in J.Peg format.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience but thank you in advance for your patience and co-operation. I look forward to hearing from you.
If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact me at customer.service@tesco.co.uk quoting TESXXXXXX5X.
    Kind Regards
