But my Tesco is 24H! :rotfl:0 -
I have just phoned customer services to ask if they accept the coop £5 off voucher and was told no they don't which is a complete and utter lie:mad: has anyone else phoned about this?
My sister in law works for Tesco and she says her store accept them not a problem. However my local (20 miles away from hers) say no. I rang about this and the "official" line was no they dont. My SIL informed me it depends on the manager and if they can be bothered with the extra work (accounting for coupons to cash up the tills, then chasing them up with the actual companies etc). So it obviously depends on how desperate the store manager is to make his profits higher by accepting vouchers and encouraging people to spend there! HTH0 -
Just a quick question
Do you think listing all the wines that ASDA have on 3 for £10 and then going in store to see if Tesco have them would work as none of the ones on Asda's offer are online on Tesco??
if they're not online most probably they aren't in your store... I think mr T didn't like us having wine on the house :rotfl:0 -
I have had one accepted and one refused. I will try another but thought if I had the ok from customer services I could argue my case if it didn't go through - ha ha!
Try phoning back and asking a different person hun they all make it up I am sure! I have had 3 okayed with no question!:xmassmile**New** Thrifty Gifty Money Making for Christmas and all occasions 2012**:xmassmileMember No. 11 of Happy Chappy's Clip Strip Club!

Submit the receipt, you will get DTD back on the Hawaiian Tropic as well.
I did this at the weekend i got 6 bottles of the Turner wine for 9.99 a bottle, the sel said 4.99 so i took it to customer service and they refunded me in full, i then submitted the voucher and got the full amount back again by way of a voucher.
My receipt had overcharge written on it and the 6 bottles circled clearly but it didnt make any difference - i spent the voucher with no problems.
The overcharge policy and the pricematch policy are two seperate things.
A DTD double whammy, Nice:T I recomended that to someone on one of the threads.
when something comes up wrong like that I give them 24 hours then see if it's fixed yet cos if they dont sort it in a day they deserve to be hit again, and I am more than happy to do so.0
