Are all Tesco's "own" products coming back n/a - want to do DTD shop but get some others bits too like Tesco's finest Ham and others bits - is that safe to do?

I have just phoned customer services to ask if they accept the coop £5 off voucher and was told no they don't which is a complete and utter lie:mad: has anyone else phoned about this?

My sister in law works for Tesco and she says her store accept them not a problem. However my local (20 miles away from hers) say no. I rang about this and the "official" line was no they dont. My SIL informed me it depends on the manager and if they can be bothered with the extra work (accounting for coupons to cash up the tills, then chasing them up with the actual companies etc). So it obviously depends on how desperate the store manager is to make his profits higher by accepting vouchers and encouraging people to spend there! HTH

    Just a quick question

Do you think listing all the wines that ASDA have on 3 for £10 and then going in store to see if Tesco have them would work as none of the ones on Asda's offer are online on Tesco??

if they're not online most probably they aren't in your store... I think mr T didn't like us having wine on the house :rotfl:

Anyone tried any of the John Frieda range with the 3 for £10 and has it been confirmed?

I have, just double check before you go that the specific products are in stock on mysupermarket

Submit the receipt, you will get DTD back on the Hawaiian Tropic as well.

I did this at the weekend i got 6 bottles of the Turner wine for 9.99 a bottle, the sel said 4.99 so i took it to customer service and they refunded me in full, i then submitted the voucher and got the full amount back again by way of a voucher.

My receipt had overcharge written on it and the 6 bottles circled clearly but it didnt make any difference - i spent the voucher with no problems.

The overcharge policy and the pricematch policy are two seperate things.
good for you it will teach them not to have the wrong price on the shelf, well that's the idea anyway.
A DTD double whammy, Nice:T I recomended that to someone on one of the threads.

when something comes up wrong like that I give them 24 hours then see if it's fixed yet cos if they dont sort it in a day they deserve to be hit again, and I am more than happy to do so.
