    eg 6 x Enigma + 1 x BHWZ = £21.29
    DTD = £20, wine has cost you £1.29
    What does that actually mean?

    Mr T = £12 (bogof, so just put one in your basket!-)
    Mr A = £5

    DTD = £14!

    Total cost, minus £2!

    I don't feel one bit guilty, this was Tesco's idea, we need to remember that. They know what's going on with people seeking out good DTD deals and they are STILL running the promotion, therefore they think that it is still making them money. :cool:

    Definately agree, stopped feelng guilty a few days ago, If they really were cheaper we wouldnt be able to do it!
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

    I gave her my voucher and my shopping.

    She scanned the voucher, gave me my money, then said "Do you want to take these bits to another till, I've got a queue of smokers waiting to be served"

    So I took my coins and did exactly that :-)

    Edit: She even gave me my old receipt that I got the DTD voucher from back, without signing it or anything!

    That deserves a !!!!!!.

    So you bought nothing (at that counter) but managed to swap a DTD voucher for £20 cash and COULD have pout the whole lot back and walked out.

    SA cares not as her till balances.

    NB this isn't fraud, but might be a disciplinary for the SA, she's effectivley swapping vouchers for cash - they could all do that, here's a £5 voucher, give me the cash (from a friend or relative for example).

    In the old days when Asda and Tesco used to allow you to redeem vouchers without having bought the item, this is effectively the same method.

    Nice one for you :money:
    I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing! ;)

    Decided I am not going shopping today !!!!!!! I have just sat and written a meal plan for the week and am going to stick to it. Strange to see a proper shopping list for a change - lol.

    Not really holding out too much hope for yesterdays voucher as I took one of the sprogs shopping with me. He insisted on helping me unload the trolley - usually he gets a pat on the back for this but I really had to bite my tongue yesterday, he was mixing up my dtds with normal stuff -when I say normal - as normal as a shopping trolley can look when you take a child with you -lol Anyway, I gave up in the end and just let him be (un)helpful but I was able to manage to stick a divider rahter randomly inbetween some stuff.
    To top it all off, the woman on the till was super speedy at checking it all out rather than waiting till I had unloaded all the stuff first .
    so, I have two totally random mixed up shops - one paid voucher and cash the other just cash. And man did it feel weird spending so much cash !! Will be intresting to see the results - lol

    I really need a break from all this, anyone else feel the same??

    I am getting totally sick of Tesco but OTOH I am going to make hay while the sun shines! If DTD is still going on by July I may cut down to one shop per day. :rotfl:

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Too cute for words!

    I go for the free/better than free items on the whole and have been stocking up on non-perishables. :) Also, most of the foodstuffs on DTD are not what I would usually buy (we mostly eat fresh as opposed to processed food and don't drink fizzy drinks, so a lot of the really good DTD food items have been no use to me - e.g. cola, Elevenses, processed meat products etc).

    Just reminded me,did they have a 3 pack of courgettes on a dtd ?? Not that I am going shopping today......but I can plan..
