    most get the emails around 1 pm next day.

    I had an on-line delivery last Tusday and gave my voucher for £101 to the driver who hadn't seen one before, as I was ill I forgot all about it until yesterday and checked my bank and still no credit. I rang them and they asked me to e-mail copies over, had a phone call this morning to say that head office are dealing and that someone will contact me in a couple of days. Will let you know the outcome!!
