Just checked my bank and i have received my credit from the voucher used on the online shop two weeks ago :beer:. Much easier and less stressful to use instore than waiting for reimbursement though.

They refused to match the Olay firming anti-wrinkle day cream (purple box) & the provital day cream (gold box), despite some correspondence on the issue. Products are identical in both stores.

it doesnt matter as theres plenty in stock at my local one. the problem is does it show as N/A on pricechecker? The price of olay aqua physics also dropped in asda to £4
