Think so but runs in contradiction about the back of the receipt which states 'If you change your mind about your purchase, please retain your receipt and return it to the store with the product as sold within 28 days. Conditions apply to some products, please see instore for details. Your statutory rights are not affected.'

So I think the key is that if you return something it is not simply because it wasn't pricechecked???

p.s. to anyone returning items because DTD didn't come up trumps, just say you got the wrong thing or your OH got it :rotfl: - most female CS staff will believe that!

Watch out if you pick up something reduced because of short date with dtd shop.
I got some weightwatchers bread for 31p and they've compared it at 60p at A's
