I printed 2 vouchers off today. One from Friday which was for just over £23. I expected to print it and it would say £20 but it says £23.

Will I only get £20 at the till?

I have input the numbers again,and it still says its being processed,lol.

I input 2 on saturday morning, around midday - still not received.

put another 2 in on saturday evening for my sons and they came back yesterday.

no they will take 23 it was before the cap

It seems to be a problem just with vouchers that were submitted Fri pm-Sat am. Any submitted before or after that are returning fine.

Just used my first voucher at self service this morning. Yes just scan under coupon and put in coupon slot.
