I have just called them. I wasnt told 36 working hours like the other poster though.

I was told delays on Fridays are due to a high number of claims that were put through that day. Apparently a lot of people tried to get claims in when they realised the cap was changing from £100 to £20, so those receipts are being checked carefully for that day.
She also said there had been a lot of abuse and that THERE ARE NO PLANS TO STOP THIS PROMOTION :)
Please God, help me stop spending!

    Hi,

Preparing for my first tesco shop for DTD..Need your help.

I know some people has said that Olay Cream was working some day back. I cant rember when. Is Olay still in offer now. Can I get DTD on Olay cream. I like the cream but its expensive for me to buy it at full price. I am talking about Olay anti wrinkle firming day cream and Olay anti wrinkle Aqua Physics Day Cream.

    Thanks

I bought the Aquaphysics day cream today as I don't see any reason why it shouldn't be working as it's still £10.20 in Tesco and £5 in ASDA.

Anyone had the vouchers from yesterday? Also, why was the CS woman going round the store taking all banners/posters/leaflets advertising PRICE CHECK? Are the stopping the promotion? Eeeeeek!

It is because they do not say clearly there is a £20 cap on DTD, the ASA will have had a moan thanks to the complaints.

i called them, the woman said its 36 WORKING hours 36 normal hours"!!!

    that dosent make sense though

But Tesco work at the weekends too? How odd, sounds like a standard fob off maybe. I have called them a couple times recently which is why I'm not calling today, but does seem v strange.
