One less hour for me not to sleep. Insomnia. I have sorted any problems in my head by 1am. Menus for the week by 1.30. Shopping by 2am. Then what do I do?
Don't stress! Soothing, engaging but not too taxing pursuits are called for. Suduko, a gentle novel, the attentions of a l*ver, Jeremy Kyle on the telly if you fancy a visit to the zoo..... Enjoy the extra time and trust your body will sleep when it needs to. Regular bursts of sea air are a must, and melatonin is absolutely fantastic (airline pilots use it to reset their body clocks.) Relax!:AHope is not a strategy.0
