Noticed tonight when I was in that a lot of the BOGOF/Half price etc finish today therefore get ready to update your lists tomorrow (in theory, it may make it easier for some items already on the list as you don't have to leave the free one behind, which is tricky to do, plus may make some more expensive to match against!).

I don't think there's an actual limit, just when the MSE web people decide it's squashing the servers or something. They decided that was at 10k a while back i think
