3 missed Credit Card Payments - Default?

I have 3 missed payments in a row on my credit card. I received a letter from the credit card company on 16th February withdrawing my credit facility, telling me to cut up my card, and informing me that continued non-payment will result in termination of the agreement and registration of a default at the credit reference agencies.
I paid the full amount owing (£328) which was received on Monday 21st February, and the debt is showing as fully repaid on my latest credit card statement.
Will this register as a default at the credit reference agencies, or have I managed to prevent this? The company were non-commital when I spoke with them.
Thanks.

It shouldn't do, but I would keep a close check on your credit files all the same.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thanks, I'll certainly do that. I've also recently applied for a mortgage - I expect I'm stuffed on that score.0
