I'm doing a chicken dinner for my mam, even though i'm a mam too and should be being pampered!! This is the first full roast dinner ive done since my husband left two months ago!! chicken, new potatoes, stuffing, roast parsnips, braised celery with cheese, carrots, asparagus, broccoli,gravy. Then chocolate mothers day cake. Mmmm can't wait!! Happy Mothers Day.!!!0

I am having my parents for dinner tomorrow too (not to eat them, just to cook for them!) I want a stress free day as it's my Mother's Day too so decided to go for an easy, laid back option. I am making a Chicken Curry, Rice & Naan Bread, followed by individual Raspberry Cheesecakes. Basically I can do all of it in advance at my leisure. Or at least that's the plan!
