CCCS advice please

Hi, Im due to make my first payment to cccs at the begining of April (£282) and had the money ready for this but one of my listed creditors CAPITAL FINANCE ONE took £347.50 from my account yesterday so I wont be able to make payment to CCCS. Do you think they will allow me to start my DMP in May. I will call them on Monday but was wondering if anyone else has had to do this before.:(

Have you opened a new bank account to stop it happening again?

Yes I'm sure they will allow it or help you sort something out. would you be in a financial position to pay token payments this month?

Who do you bank with? had you cancelled your DDs? did cap one then re-instate a DD? you might want to consider changing to a new bank account so that they cannot raid your account again.

Hi CH27, New bank account opened, the thing is its my own fault because I got scared and paid them, they called my work several times yesterday and despite my work telling them that I did not work in the office I am out in the community they still continued to call them throughout the day so when my boss called me to tell me I paniced and paid up (stupid I know!!):mad:

hi Tixy, I will be able to make small token payment in April so hopefully this will be ok, the money they took is all that I owed them so I wont be hearing from them again Thank god !! Pay day loans really are the worst type of loans to have. Thanks for everyones advice.:o

At least that one is gone, I had a similar problem with Wonga.

The first thing you have to do is contact CCCS and tell them, make token payments this month and then start next month. You will also be able to add what you would have paid Capital Scum to the other creditor payments.

Good luck but don't let them bully you ever again.
