Text taken from Lloyds Pharmacy booklet "All for You", Issue One, Spring 2011. Prize draws are on pages 80-81. There are 8 comps., which have to be entered separately either by email or post.

Send a postcard with your details and the prize you would like to win
(either use the bold heading as the subject or Max Factor Lipfinity) to PO Box 68573, London EC2P 2JL or email allofyou@axonpublish.com by 20 June 2011, when the prize winners will be drawn at random.
The prize draws are open to residents of GB aged 18 or over (with the exception of the employees of the Promoter, their families , agents and anyone else connected with this promotion. Entries must be received by midnight on the date specified in the description of the relevant prize draw ("closing date"). All correctly completed entries will be entered into the relevant prize draw. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the closing date for any reason. Entries sent via agents or third parties and automated entries are invalid. Maximum of one entry per person per prize draw. No entrant may win more than one prize. Each prize draw will take place under the supervision of an independent person within 7 working days of the closing date. The prizes are as described. If a selection of prizes is offered, entrants should make it clear which prize they would like to win. Prizes may not be exchanged or transferred, and no cash alternative will be provided. I double checked the email before typing it out. It is definitely the right one. On the first page of the booklet it says if you have any comments on the booklet to email them at the same email address. The only thing I can think is that they have not opened it up yet. I picked the booklet up yesterday, and I was one of the first
There is no other contact (apart from the postal address) for the company. I don't know what to suggest, apart from bookmarking and trying again at a later date.
ETA: See One-Eye's post at #3. Looks as if the whole axom site is down. A case of that annoying recorded message "I'm sorry, the number you are trying is not available. Please try later"

I have entered these ok.. no delivery failure and I sent the emails 2 hours ago, so would expect a delivery failure by now.... maybe its fixed or just slow in sending out delivery failures0
