It's right at the bottom of the shopping cart page, so it's actually before you checkout.

The field is called "Redeem a discount coupon".

Put the code in, hit submit and then click the blue checkout box.

Has anyone ordered from here before/got their stuff yet?

Ordered when i saw the post (thanks OP! :beer:) and got an email saying 'order completed' on the 28th but no delivery. Emailed today and they said it'd be going out today or tomorrow.. no more emails about dispatch today, and their ebay feedback looks horrendous. Spent quite a lot so i'm a bit worried.. :eek:

I order from them every year for hayfever items (they usually have free delivery on these). I placed an order last Friday (25/03) and received it yesterday.
