Haven't tried the carlsberg £13 coupon but after reading this thread - thanks Davo and Kathrynt I went to Superdrug and got the mobile phone.

I spent £5 in store and then was able to buy the phone for the top bargain price of just £5.00 !!! it also came with £10 credit. Whilst I bought mine, the chap next to me bought 6 of them much to the disgust of the people behind him as they then run out. The network was 3 and the sim card has been glued into it so no changing networks. However, its a good price as it has a camera etc. The offer was only on today.

This phone is identical to the one I purchased at Argos 2 weeks ago for £29.99 with £30 free air time.

Went to Superdrug to get the £5 mobile - because we have a dedicated "3 Mobile" sales team in the store the offer was NOT VALID as it was only in selected stores that don't have a sales team ! :mad:

Seems unfair but the small print does say selected stores only. Didn't it also say maximum number of handsets also - did that bloke only spend £5 to get his six ?

Tried it today, assistant scanned it but it just bleeped at him so i guess you need to buy the product

Hiya Bargainmad - the SA did initially say it was only a max 2 per customer BUT then said she just wanted them sold he was going to spend 6 x £5 to get the phone cheaps but from my position next to him, she muttered she'd have to do individual transactions and he only got £5 worth of shopping. I felt sorry for the people behind me, I only got the one but after talking to my mum she would have loved one too - maybe they will repeat the offer.
