repeated spam job ads- how to combat?

I see the same sort of 'click here' (to some obscure URL, , possibly witjh spyware, viruses etc), come up a LOT on gumtree*, and now on other listing sites too..

Despite reporting them, they just appear again and again.. don't the host sites have a responsibility to track / vet these ads? especially if they are charging for them..

just because its on the net, doesnt men they dont have to obey the law. grrr.

* on gumtree, i click the report ag to any sus ad, then go back to the ad, and do it again- this may flag it up more on the webmasters radar..
