The reason why its considered a deal is because PC World are offering a level of customer service as opposed to none, with this stand only. Someone from the store will answer the phone first time on a geographical telephone number and give you full technical support in erecting your new £10k stand. The staff have been trained throughly in answering any technical enquiry about the stand and any problems you should face like how to get it out the box, where are the missing screws and what should you do if you find after 3 hours of putting it together that the TV you previously purchased doesnt fit on the stand.
Bargain if you ask me, usually you have to phone an 0870 number, beg someone to put you through, to find out they have no idea what the hell is going on.0 -

LOL - I must say that IS a bargain, rare as hens teeth any of that stuff happening at PC world!!
The in-store service is much better tho, last time I was there I went to customer service and was ignored by 5 members of staff for over 30 minutes, served AFTER someone who was BEHIND me, and then made to feel like a complete idiot!! You see, things are on the UP!!
