Will I get paid???

I was asked to go and work by an old boss in his new business setup. I wasnt happy at the last place and found the company not to be as genuine as they'd claimed. I told them I wasn't happy and left after a short time. The company paid me and the FSA closed them down shortly after.

In my desperation for any work, I accepted to start work again with this bloke the following Monday. I went in on the the Monday morning to see he wasnt there. They knew I was coming and gave me a quick tutorial on there different systems. I then carried on the rest of the day watching over a fellow worker. The next day I was presented with my leads, 10x leads, 8 of which were unemployed and also several leads of which they had been unable to contact from 3 months previous.

An hour before the end of the 2nd day I was called outside to be informed due to the lack of sales (none) that it wasnt for me and to forget about it. Suppose irrelevant now but they obviously wernt the best of leads, although I do know one was sold the next day with a healthy profit margin.

One month later, no pay. I contacted them after several attempts and was asked again for my bank details and to confirm I'd only worked 2 days. Its now appoaching the 2nd month and still nothing.

My biggest problem I have is that I was rushed straight in there, but there were no contracts signed.

So, am I entitled to anything or is there anything I can do to chase this up further??? I know it's only 2 days , but it's the principle as well as the money.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Do you have anything in writing that you worked the two days? I.e. when they asked for bank details, was this verbally? Also, did you give them your national insurance number?

At this stage put it into writing asking for the wages to be paid and go from there.
