Primus/New Call - no online bills & £1.50 paper bill fees start !!!

My bills are no longer emailed from Oct 2010 & I cant access bills after login online....anyone the same after the takeover ?

    Update: got access

    A £1.50 fee for non direct debit (they have these), £1.50 paper bill fee - last bill I got was online, they cancelled it and started sending them in Nov & the cheek they started billing me them form March with NO WARNING !!! Emailed for a credit/refund to my account......

    NewCall - anyone ideas of who they are/were/from ?

    Thanks Ypaymore, I was looking for New Call info & where they came from/history, I already saw that page but looks like its staff or management buyout, backend staff were retained on a "contract" until I guess what time all is outsourced to India like customer care were or are they refering to the India staff already on contract LOL

    I had these charges too, they have said they are waiving them now. Waiving isn't the word I'd use as it's not as though I had requested non DD or Paper bills in the first place.

    Hopefully they will actually credit my account as promised.

    Hope so R34GTT I emailed yesterday and no reply, I wont make payment for the next 7 days to give them time to adjust my balance due, then I will pay the amount minus the £3.00 by requesting they call my mobile to do such and discuss the matter.
