Thanks Ypaymore, I was looking for New Call info & where they came from/history, I already saw that page but looks like its staff or management buyout, backend staff were retained on a "contract" until I guess what time all is outsourced to India like customer care were or are they refering to the India staff already on contract LOLSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... I had these charges too, they have said they are waiving them now. Waiving isn't the word I'd use as it's not as though I had requested non DD or Paper bills in the first place.
Hopefully they will actually credit my account as promised.0 -
Hope so R34GTT I emailed yesterday and no reply, I wont make payment for the next 7 days to give them time to adjust my balance due, then I will pay the amount minus the £3.00 by requesting they call my mobile to do such and discuss the matter.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies...
