DC Solutions- who are they?

"DC Solutions" keep calling me on my house phone. The male caller speaks with a NW accent, maybe Manchester. There could be different callers, but the voice/accent is very similar if so. He is trying to sell me some form of debt "solution". The "solution" is vauge and from the description it isn't anything I recognise, it seems to be mainly about hard sell and iffy but wonderful-sounding claims.
Neither "F**k off and die" or "I verbally demand to be removed from your calling lists" approaches have stopped the calls. They just take it as an excuse to keep arguing. They're right up there with worst of the DCA's at being outright horrible, agressive, difficult to get rid of and rude.
They're calling from mobile numbers, most recently one starting and ending 07792 ***955. I can't get anything on Google for a "DC Solutions" debt management company, there's nothing on the forum here and their phone numbers don't come up on Google either. Has anyone ever had dealings with them? Who are they?

I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)
