    No replys and no information !!!
    You need a 25/30% deposit for most BTL mortgages but you are better off speaking to a " whole of market mortgage adviser" who deals in BTL

    The Hitchhikers Guide went for 42 so I'd go with that.
  • You can got up to 85% LTV

    For better rate/deals, you need provable income from £20k pa upwards. The 85% deals need a min income of £30k
