make sure you get a confirmation email from them-i didnt first time i ordered and had to contact them to find out what the problem wasand yes its only on delivered items.sales assistant couldnt tell me why i ordered 3 ipods and 2 could be delivered and one i had to pick up in store

I wrote to Currys and this was the reply

I can confirm that this offer is for online orders only.

Reserve and collect orders are classed as store purchase, because you
collect and pay for the item at store.

So hardly 10% of everything then methinks!
