Prize draw terms and conditions

This prize draw is open to all registered Nectar card holders. Only one entry allowed per collector. Collectors can enter the prize draw by entering their card number above to sign up to Nectar travel updates before 31st May 2011. By entering the prize draw you agree to receive Nectar travel updates subject to your current data choices.
The prize draw will take place on 14th June 2011 and the prizewinners will be notified and contacted by email using the email address registered with Nectar to arrange their prize. The prizewinners will be the first three names drawn at random from valid entries. The results of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Details of the prizewinners can be obtained for a period of 6 weeks following the prize draw by sending a SAE to easyJet Rewards Team, Nectar, 80 Strand, London, WC2R 0NN. By entering the prize draw, Nectar collectors agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
There are three prizes to be won. Each prize consists of a pair of return flights with easyJet. All taxes and charges are included. The flights must be booked by December 2011. Please allow at least three weeks between your travel request dates and your outbound travel date. The flights must be taken by January 2012 and are not available over bank holiday periods. All flights are subject to availability. Bookings of flights and any changes to bookings are subject to the usual easyJet terms and conditions at www.easyJet.com including the privacy policy http://www.easyjet.com/en/book/privacypolicy.html. One piece of hold baggage is included per passenger, per sector up to a max weight of 20kg per bag. Additional baggage will be charged for at the then prevailing rates. There is no cash alternative to the prize. Prizes are non-transferable. The prizewinner must be prepared to take part in all easyJet publicity and publicity related to the promotion.
