If you don't want to print it, when the installation window pops up, click no and it should give you the option of requesting by post

How do I request by post - as I don't have a printer?

Click on Print, then click on Install. Then a window should pop up, asking you whether you really want to install the thing. Press NO, and it should come up with an option to request it in the post.

I cant get the coupon to print?

I don't think you can have this mailed. I went through to the print doctor and boxes come up that you have to tick what is wrong. After this a message than comes up saying they will e-mail me within 72 hours how to deal with this problem. The problem I was getting was a message sayin ' Invalid or missing perameter '
