hi there
asking help for a few old work mates
some were made redundant in Dec - last few at end of Feb
at least 3 of them (that I know of) have been refused Job seekers allowance because they say they hadnt paid N.I contributions in 2009 - 2010 or 2008 - 2009
they were working full time - pay slips confirmed N.I deductions
Were can they go to claim back?
help appreciated

Do they have a P60u for the two years in question? Two things to do:
1) Appeal the JSA decision, provide photocopies of payslips or even better P60u
2) Contact HMRC who will investigate the employer"You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0 -
(it will be a P60 you need-P60u is issued by JCP if you are claiming taxable benefits at the end of the tax year)0
