I buy in bulk so often that there's never a week when I'm not having to buy anything. Don't feel as if I'm saving.

For example the multi-purpose cleaner concentrate I buy is about £10 for 5L if you diluted it for use as an off the shelf RTU household cleaner you would dilute it on 100:1 ratio giving you 505L of multi-purpose cleaner for £10 at other dilution rates it can be used for different purposes so the same product works as an oven cleaner, ink/grease/oil stain remover, a chewing gum remover, carpet cleaner fabric cleaner/stain remover & disinfectant amongst other things. This is a safe to handle, non toxic, biodegradeable citrus based product not a harsh chemical cleaner that smells like a school or hospital in case you are wondering.
Products like this are available from any janitorial supply company who will also sell things like bulk packs of toilet rolls, laundry detergent, soaps etc at low prices too.
You may have to buy your own spray bottles if you don't have any old ones around & spend a few seconds diluting the concentrates to the required strength but neither of these things should be a problem.
that is a really good idea....thats the best money saving tip Ive ever heard

You can make your own cleaning products with cheap ingredients like baking soda, distilled vinegar, soda crystals, stardrops, splash of washing up liquid etc These can do jobs like cleaning tiles, showers, windows, moss killers, drains etc. You only have to google to find out what each one can do. For example, cheap windows cleaner, spray bottle with half distilled vinegar, water and a few drops of washing up liquid. Good drain cleaner is soda crystals also kills moss0
