We paid a fee of £150 per £400k or part thereof, so we paid a £300 fee for the 5 year fix of 4.29%.
A quick look at their site indicates a deal identical but for the interest rate being 4.59%...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
I am self employed, but only since 2009 so we didn't even bother putting my income on the mortgage (we budget on the basis of his salary anyway).
