Just heard some taff from plaid cwiru griping over the budget on the BBC, came out with a priceless phrase "Wales is a very public sector economy".
Get with the programme D*ckhead! Either you are producing or you are leeching. Unfortunately, lesbo transgender outreach worker posts are past their sell by dates! :mad:

Wales has had, for example, the ONS relocated from London/SE as its cheaper for the department (in terms of property & staff) and creates jobs/injects cash into the local economy which has few jobs due to the decline of coal mining & no Private Sector companies wanting to reloacte/start-up there0
