Elmlea Cream ?

Not wanting to be rude but i have been wondering why people buy this stuff. What's so wrong with actual cream, who wants a vegetable oil based substitute?? Same goes for squirty cream? Has nobody ever heard of a whisk? As for your question; Elmlea is made by Unilever. In my local supermarket i asked the other day if they had any more of a particular type of Flora. They didnt and all the guy said was that it was a Unilever product and they were having 'issues' with unilever atm. What this means i have no idea!
I buy it because i am allergic to real cream. Can't taste any difference to the real stuff myself. However it's gone up so much i am not buying it now :mad:0 -
I use Elmlea by choice so we don't have to eat whatever I make with it in one day. Somehow my OH has not got the point though :rotfl:
We also use squirty cream when we are on our own, a quick squirt each makes all the difference, there would be a lot of waste if I whipped cream just for two of us!What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
Not a supply issue here.0

I also use it by choice. It keeps for much longer than the usual stuff, and I really can't tell the difference.0
