Evening all oser's, hope you have been able to enjoy this delightful sunshine and long may it continue. Anyhoo I have a quick question. I have in a recipe book somewhere a recipe for these biscuit type things that are made with lard and butter and then when formed are rolled in oats, but for the life of me I can't find the flipping book and want to make some with my children while I've got the oven on cooking the chicken.
So I wondered if any of you lovely old style ladies have any idea of what I'm talking about and whether you would have a recipe you can share? I've tried looking in the recipe index and can't find a recipe and also googled- but just random savoury recipes came up
Many thanks in advance,
Emma x
